O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents Police to include the names of all the accused who are involved in the alleged offence.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on the death of one Devika, a case has been registered by the Police initially under girl missing and it was altered to Section 174 Cr.PC. Thereafter, it was altered to Section 306 IPC in Crime No.272 of 2023. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that apart from three persons against whom the case has been registered in Crime No.272 of 2023, three more persons are there and therefore, the petitioner sought for a direction to include all the names of the accused.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submits that as per the investigation done so far, only three accused were emerged and all of them were arrested and in case during the course of further investigation, if any person is found to be involved in the commission of offence, the respondents Police will include the name of those person also in the FIR. 2/4

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondents Police and submit a representation afresh along with the material to show that those persons are also involved in the commission of offence and on filing of such representation, the respondent Police are directed to scrunitize closely and enquire into and if prima facie material is against them, proceed with further action.
