Respondents Prayer : This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to conduct the investigation with regard to creating of false documents in colluded with the fourth respondent officials and also take appropriate action against the fifth respondent and those who are all involved in the above scam, in accordance with law.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel submitted that Crime No.160 of 2019 has been registered against the said Shanmugam on 25.10.2019 for the offence under Section 420 of IPC. This Court heard the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent and I consciously refrain from going into the factual aspect of the matter. It may possibly prejudice the defence of the private respondent Shanmugam. However, taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Illupur Sub Division to personally monitor the investigation. 3.With this direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
