2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel submitted that Crime No.160 of 2019 has been registered against the said Shanmugam on 25.10.2019 for the offence under Section 420 of IPC. This Court heard the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent and I consciously refrain from going into the factual aspect of the matter. It may possibly prejudice the defence of the private respondent Shanmugam. However, taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Illupur Sub Division to personally monitor the investigation. 3.With this direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
