Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in No.700/uo.tha.2/2024 dated 03.07.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to grant 30 days ordinary leave to the petitioner's son Arun son of Periyasamy a convict prisoner in C.P.No.6109 confined at the Central Prison, Madurai, forthwith without escort.

2. After hearing the learned counsel on either side, we find that it is an internal arrangement of the respondents and the respondents shall take suitable steps to ensure that only one escort shall accompany the convict prisoner. 2/4
