ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 from opening the Church of God situated at Manali, Arumani Post, Marthandam Village, Kanyakumari District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.08.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that there existed internal dispute between the Pastors and that though fifth respondent has already been transferred to some other 2/4
church, he has sent a letter, dated 07.11.2023 to the President to invalidate the order of transfer. He would further submit that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending in current paper. 3.Considering the above, fourth respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and to the private respondents for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and to conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 10.09.2024 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 3/4
