This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction, to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2015.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2015 has been considered by the third respondent in Me.Mu.5921 of 2016, dated 23.08.2016 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
