on the said date have also been produced before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirms the said statement. Nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 2.Recording the said subsequent development and mandating the official respondents to keep the petition mentioned water body free of encroachment, this writ petition is disposed of.
