ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition is filed to set aside the judgment dated 12.06.2024 passed in Crl.A.No.53 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, confirming the judgment passed in S.T.C.No.964 of 2012 on the file of 1/4

the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukkottai.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both parties submitted that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and to that effect, a Joint Compromise Memo has been filed.

3. The respondent Mr. Ramamoorthy appeared before me and submitted that he had received an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- in cash and as far as the remaining amount of Rs.5,00,000/- is concerned, the same has already been deposited to the credit of S.T.C.No.964 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukkottai and he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

4. Recording the same, the respondent herein is permitted to withdraw the same and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukkottai, will immediately disburse the amount in favour of the respondent on filing an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court. The Joint Compromise Memo would become part and parcel of this order.

5. With the above directions, this criminal revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
