This Writ Petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents police from harassing the petitioner.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the third respondent had given a complaint against the petitioner and the same was enquired into and has since been closed. The parties have been advised to move the jurisdictional Court.
