Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had lodged a complaint against one S.Hema Malini. A copy of the complaint dated 09.07.2022 has been enclosed in the typed set of papers. Whether to take action against an employee or not is a matter that is left to the discretion of the employer. The petitioner has placed certain materials for consideration of the employer. It is for the employer to take a call in the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
