This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the same. 2.It is seen that the petitioner filed a petition for discharge and since it was dismissed, he has filed a revision petition before this Court. His revision is still pending. The petitioner has to pursue his remedy in the pending revision petition. There is no question of parallelly invoking inherent powers of this Court. Leaving open all the petitioner's rights, remedies and defences, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
