ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9381 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9381 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions. He further submits that this petitioner is working in the Cotton Industrial Factory at Tiruppur, he is a dailly wager, due to financial condition of the petitioner, he is unable to produce surety and surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9381 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to 2/4

extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
