Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent herein in his proceedings Mu.Mu.No.3160/2022/C dated 20.07.2023 and quash the same as illegal and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This matter is listed today under the caption "For Extension of Time" along with the report sent by the learned I Additional District Judge (FAC), Madurai, in D.No.863 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025.

2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the present writ petition, this Court by an order dated 06.03.2024, directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.611 of 2022, within a period of eight months. However, the learned I Additional District Judge (FAC), Madurai has already sent a communication dated 09.01.2025, detailing the sequence of proceedings in O.S.No.611 of 2022 and sought time for a further period of six months to dispose the said case. 2/3

3. This Court by an order dated 26.02.2025 granted this six months time. Now, the learned I Additional District Judge (FAC), Madurai vide letter D.No.863 of 2025 dated 29.09.2025, sought time for a further period of six months.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant six months time to dispose the suit in O.S.No. 611 of 2022, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 11-11-2025 rgm To
