O R D E R

The learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner made a submission that appointment of the Writ Petitioner has already been approved in proceedings dated 22.02.2017. It is further contended that the approval was granted on merits and by considering the qualifications and other eligibility criteria of the Writ Petitioner.

2. In view of the fact that the appointment is approved, no further adjudication is required and if any grievance exists as of now, the Writ Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authority for redressal. Thus, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
