ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.7 and 8, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.11.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(ii) IPC and 177 M.V.Act altered into 304(ii), 143, 269, 270, 271, 291, 505(i)(b) of IPC and 177 of Motor Vehicles Act r/w 109 of I.P.C, in Crime No.522 of 2021, on the file respondent police, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused drove his vehicle in a rash and negligence manner at the instigation of other accused and caused death.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that A1 at the instigation of A7 and A8 and all other accused, drove the vehicle in a rash and negligence manner and also despite the police escort caution to drive the vehicle in a slow manner, they have taken the vehicle by opening the doors and also standing in the roof of the vehicle and thereby intimidated the public. The learned Additional Public prosecutor would further submit that only the petitioners herein were secured and other seven accused are yet to be secured.

CRL OP(MD). No.18282 of 2021 4.Considering the above and also the fact that the other accused are yet to be secured and considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence allegedly committed by the accused, this Court is not inclined to grant bail for the petitioners herein. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
