Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned G.O.Ms.No.55, Rural Development and Panchayat (E5) Department, dated 15.06.2006 of the Respondent No.1 followed by the proceedings of the respondent No.3 in Na.Ka.22562/2014/B4 dated 10.7.2014 so far as it brings the petitioners under Contributory Pension scheme and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to remove the petiitoners from the Contributory Pension Scheme enabling them to avail the benefits as per the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978. W.P.(MD)No.2138 of 2015 petition, the Government issued an order in G.O.Ms.No.131 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E5) Department, dated 01.10.2015.

2. In view of the Government Order passed, the writ petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy in the manner known to law. In view of the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
