ORDER

The writ petition is challenging the order of the second respondent/the Executive Officer, returning the planning permission sought for by the petitioner on the ground that the layout has not been approved in respect of the said land. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequently, the Authorities of Town and Country Planning, Madurai, had granted layout approval for the said area.

3.In the light of the said submission, if the layout has been approved, the second respondent shall consider the application of the petitioner for planning permission.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
