This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner.

2.The petitioner sought police protection to him through his representation dated 24.08.2015. Now, almost 5 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
