No.12419 of 2023 dt.24.7.2023 in Cr.No.200 of 2023. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LOUIS S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12419 of 2023 on 24.07.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12419 of 2023 on 24.07.2023 is modified and the petitioners No.1 and 3 shall report before the respondent Police once in a week (I.e) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in fifteen days (I.e) first and third monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
