ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.1059 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending. He would further submit that the first petitioner has appeared before the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it is purely money dispute and at the instigation of the third respondent, the second respondent has been harassing the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that since there existed money dispute, they have decided to close the matter. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
