ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue NOC to include the petitioner's name in the Dindigul District Engineers Panel list and also for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to include the petitioner's name in Dindigul District Engineers Panel list within the stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has returned the papers and he is not having any instruction from the 2/5

petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate, by referring to a letter of the Engineer-in-Chief and Chief Engineer (General), Public Works Department, Chepauk, Chennai, submits that the application of the petitioner to include his name in the Panel of Private Practicing Engineers in Class IA in Dindigul District will be processed and placed in the ensuring Board of Engineers Meeting and necessary approval will be issued within 10 days.
