This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the proceedings D.V.C.No.6 of 2021, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Tuticorin.
2.Today(23.01.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending this Civil Revision Petition, the parties have resolved their dispute and the respondents, who are the son and daughter-in-law of the petitioner herein are intended to file an application for divorce on mutual consent. The learned counsel has also produced the joint compromise memo to that effect.
3.In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, recording the joint compromise memo filed by the parties and also taking into consideration of the Judgment of the Honourable 2/4
Full Bench of this Court in the reference made in Crl.O.P.SR.Nos. 31852 of 2022, etc. (batch), dated 17.11.2022, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Civil Revision Petition.
4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The parties are at liberty to work out their remedy before the appropriate Forum. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
