O RDER This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police against her neighbour, who has been interfering with the Proposed construction of the petitioner's land.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that when the petitioner is proposed to construct a house in the land owned by her, her neighbour, whose name does not know, is creating obstructions in druken condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the representation given by the petitioner is numbered as C.S.R.No.1097 of 2023 and during the course of enquiry, the respondent Police have identified the person, by name, Marikannan, who has been troubling the petitioner and during the course of enquiry, he has warned serious and he has given undertaking that he will not intervene with the petitioner's possession.

Considering the submissions made by the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and also taking into consideration that the enquiry in the petition has already been closed after recording an undertaking given by the neighbour of the petitioner that he will not intervene, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
