ORDER
Heard Mr.M.Jothi Basu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who had taken notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 5. 1/3
2. This Court directed notice to the sixth respondent. Notice had been taken, notice had been served, the name has been printed in the cause list. Still there is no representation on behalf of the sixth respondent. Therefore, I would proceed to pass orders in the Writ Petition.
3. This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the representation dated 10.02.2021.
4. Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader pointed out that the representation was with respect to a correction to be made in the UDR scheme and the competent authority is not the third respondent/the Revenue Divisional Officer but the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District, who has been shown as the second respondent.
5. A direction had been given to the petitioner herein on 13.12.2021 to give a fresh representation to the aforesaid District Revenue Officer, Viruthunagar District. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that accordingly, a representation had been given on 15.12.2021. This has also been affirmed by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

In view of this particular fact, a direction is given to the District Revenue Officer/the second respondent to consider the said representation given by the petitioner, issue notice to the petitioner and issue notice to the sixth respondent and also to any other individual who may be either directly or indirectly interested in the subject matter, conduct necessary enquiry and thereafter pass orders on the representation given. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
