This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 herein to take appropriate action and conduct proper enquiry as against the fourth respondent, in the light of the petitioner representations/complaint, dated 02.04.2024 in accordance with law as per the direction laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.426 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that the fourth respondent is now residing in Ireland.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to invoke Section 156(3) or 200 Cr.P.C, if so advised.
