This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.13 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, the respondent police has registered the case in Crime No.13 of 2018 for the offences under Section 498 (A) and 406 of IPC. After completion of enquiry the same was closed as 'Action Dropped' and filed the closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur on 29.08.2019 and RCS https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21889 of 2018 notice has been served to the de facto complainant /second respondent.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
