Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner will appear before the second respondent on 25.11.2021 at 11.00a.m. The second respondent will enquire into the matter and conclude the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks, thereafter. The second respondent will not be swayed by the pendency of O.S.No.177 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam. The second respondent will independently consider the allegations.

3. I make it clear that I have not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. With these directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
