ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action under Sections 68 and 83 of the Registration Act, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to conduct an enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 4 to 7 under Sections 68 and 83 of the Registration Act, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
