ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to pay a sum of Rs.2,05,000/- as compensation under Tamil Nadu Victim Compensation Scheme, 2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioners become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
