This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to take appropriate action and conduct proper enquiry as against the respondents 4 and 5, in the light of the petitioner representations/complaint, dated 25.06.2024 in accordance with law as per the direction laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.277 of 2024 on 01.09.2024. 2/4
