To call for the entire records connected to the judgment dated 14.03.2022 in Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2021 on the file of the Honourable Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukottai and set aside the conviction and sentence imposed against the appellant and acquit the appellant.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and none appeared either in person or by an advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.M.S.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] The petition for suspension of sentence is pending from the year 2022. When the matter was earlier listed on 16.11.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and thereby, this Court had directed the matter to be listed after eight weeks. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

2. Registry is directed to list the main appeal for final hearing in the usual course.
