Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAN A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12002 of 2023 on 13.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that except Accused No.11, other petitioners have been complying the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, let the Accused No.11, comply the condition for the remaining period of 30 days. In respect of others, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12773 of 2023 is relaxed in toto and the petitioners shall report before the trial Court on receipt of summons.

5. This petition is partly allowed.
