ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to initiate appropriate action against the fourth and fifth respondents based upon the representations given by the petitioner dated 28.08.2019 and 09.09.2019.

2. It is seen that there was a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and in this regard the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent, which is still pending enquiry. Therefore the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. If the third respondent has not taken action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to file private complaint before the concerned Court.
