3. I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The petitioner wants the second respondent to take action against one Arumugam on the ground that he had swindled public funds. He has not been made as a party. The writ petition suffers from the rights of non-joinder of necessary party.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents state that in enquiry, it has been found that Arumugam had discharged his duties correctly and action is not warranted against him. 2/4
5. This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
