ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to initiate action on the basis of the second appeal presented by the writ petitioner on 07.04.2015.

2. According to the learned standing counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent herein, the appeal presented by the writ petitioner on 07.04.2015 has been returned on 24.04.2015 for certain compliance. However, the appeal was not represented. The petitioner has just sent a reminder on 09.09.2015 without rectifying the said defects. Hence, the 3rd respondent/Commission is not in a position to consider the second appeal presented by the writ petitioner.

3. In view of the above said facts, the writ petitioner is directed to represent his second appeal before the 3rd respondent/Commission along 2/4

with all the required particulats. In case, if it is represented within a period of four (4) weeks, the same shall be entertained without any reference to the period of limitation.

4.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
