O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take action against the respondents 3 to 11 herein for creating forged documents with regard to the property in S.Nos.456/1A1, 456/1A2, 456/1A3, 73/2B, 75/2A, 14/1, 14/2, 14/3, 15/1, 15/2 and 15/3 totally to an extent of 13 acres situated at karungulam Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District and the property in S.Nos.143/1, 152/2, 176/2A, 176/4A, 303 and 146/7 totally 20 acres situated at Kalaiyapatti Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.03.2024. 2/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the complaint given before the first respondent was forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Gujiliamparai Police Station, Dindigul and the same is pending for enquiry.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Inspector of Police, Gujiliamparai Police Station, Dindigul, is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and to the private respondents for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and there is no question of orally summoning the parties to the police station and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
