The present writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from shifting the vegetable market located at Gandhi Maithanam, Dindigul, without providing shops to all the 365 shops.

2.The learned Counsel for the 3rd respondent herein on instructions submits that the proposal to shift the vegetable market to Lorry Pettai has been dropped, as of now.

3.The said statement is recorded. Hence, no further orders are required and the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
