ORDER
This civil revision petition is filed for direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.83 of 2021. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.83 of 2021 before the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil. Now the pleadings are completed. PW1 was examined in chief 23.08.2022 and though the petitioner/ plaintiff has filed the proof affidavit, PW1 is not cross examined by the respondents/ defendants and they are dragging on the proceedings. Therefore the petitioner is before this Court.
3.The petitioner has also appeared before this Court and expressed her concern that she is not having sufficient means and the family members are in possession of the property and they are not giving the share due to her. 2/4
4.Considering that the suit in O.S.No.83 of 2021 is ripe for trial and also considering the submission of the petitioner, this civil revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.83 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
