This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.408 of 2019 pending on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.408 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
