ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to act upon his complaint dated 09.07.2025 within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint an enquiry is pending. He would further submit that a portion of the amount said to have been cheated has been paid to the petitioner.
3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
