CRL MP(MD) No.11525 of 2022 perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6556 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.369 of 2022 dated 27.07.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6556 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.369 of 2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court once in a month.
