ORDER
A direction is issued to the petitioner to give an answer to the Show Cause Notice dated 16.08.2021 and such a response must be given on or before 10.01.2022.
On receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to call the petitioner for personal enquiry, if required, examine the documents furnished by the petitioner and thereafter pass orders with respect to reissue of the passport. Such orders shall be passed on or before 21.01.2022.
2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
