ORDER

This petition has been filed by the State to grant extension of time for a period of six months to implement the orders of this Court dated 13.12.2024 made in WP(MD)No.30072 of 2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court by order dated 13.12.2024, issued a direction to the first petitioner herein to dispose of the appeal filed by the respondent herein dated 22.09.2023 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the appeal has not been disposed, this petition came to be filed.

3. He would further submit that during the pendency of this extension petition, the appeal filed by the respondent herein dated 22.09.2023 is disposed vide order dated 08.08.2025. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs.
