This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to issue petitioner's original certificates viz., 1.SSLC Mark Sheet. 2.HSC Mark Sheet, 3.Community Certificate, 4.Conduct Certificate, 5.Transfer Certificate, 6.Course Completion Certificate and 7.Consolidated Mark Certificate without demanding extra fees and to take necessary action against the 4th respondent by the respondents 1 to 3, based on his representations dated 08.09.2022 and 16.09.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the College authorities, on receiving the petitioner's application, informed her on 19.09.2022 over phone to come and collect all the certificates and since she did not turn up, sending a letter dated 26.09.2022, asking to collect all the certificates. He would further submit that on 29.09.2022, she had received the Course Completion Certificate, 10th Mark Sheet, 12th Mark Sheet and other documents available with the College and she has also acknowledged the same. 3/5
