The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police is harassing him by interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.
2.The petitioner has made specific averments as against the Inspector of Police. However, he has not added the Inspector of Police in his individual capacity. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition by impleading the Inspector of Police, Musiri Police Station, Trichy District in individual capacity. No costs.
