RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Original Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in its order dt.14.7.2023 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.12396 of 2023. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAGAVENTHRE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12396 of 2023, dated 14.07.2023. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that this Court released the petitioner on bail on 14.07.2023 on condition that the petitioner 1/3

shall report before the Inspector of Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Now the petitioner is complying the condition without fail from 18.07.2023. The petitioner is an aged person and he is having diabetic and taking treatment and he is unable to comply the condition and hence, he filed this petition for relaxation. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent also admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition without fail. 4.Taking into consideration that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and the health condition of the petitioner, the condition no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner directing him to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am., until further orders is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.00 a.m.

, in every first working day of English Calendar month until further orders.
