COMMON ORDER Both the Contempt Petitions have been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 30.11.2023 made in W.P(MD)Nos.25100 and 25172 of 2023.

2.According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, writ appeals in W.A(MD)Nos.324 and 462 of 2024 have been filed and notice has been ordered by the Division Bench. In fact, in the writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.324 of 2024, interim stay ha also been granted.
