ORDER

Challenging the order passed in the civil revision petition, the present review petition has been filed.

2. The first respondent in the civil revision petition is the General Manager of the Kanyakumari District Central Cooperative Bank at Nagercoil who is the review petitioner herein. Since orders have been passed in the impugned revision petition without issuing notice to the first respondent, this Court finds force in the submission made in the review application. Therefore, the order dated 11.08.2021 made in CRP(MD)No.2486 of 2018 is hereby set aside and the review petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

3. Registry is directed to restore the civil revision petition on file and to list the same on 24.06.2024 for fresh hearing. 12.06.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No sm 2/4
