ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) and 8(c) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.224 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were in illegal possession of 1.54 Kgs of ganja.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the nature of allegation that the petitioner/A1 in a case which involves seizure of 1.54 kgs of ganja and also considering the fact that the petitioner has got six previous cases, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
