Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to impugned employment notification of the 3rd respondent, dated 30.01.2015, in Na.Ka.No.627/2014/A3-2 published in Daily Thanthi Newspaper, dated 05.02.2015, in its Thirunelveli edition, to quash the same in so far filling up 4 vacancies in the post of Assistant Wireman by direct recruitment and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioners in those 4 vacancies and fix their scale of pay in the pay payable to the post of Electrical Assistant as per G.O.(Nilai)403, dated 28.11.2000, of the 1st respondent w.e.f. 14.01.2011, the date on which their services were regularized and they were brought to time scale of pay by the third respondent, with all arrears and all consequential benefits.

O R D E R

When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the Assistant Wireman and Helper are getting the same pay. Therefore, the portion of the prayer has been granted and the learned Counsel appearing petitioner has also submitted that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2.Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
