[Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.] The present review application has been filed, seeking to review the order dated 15.04.2024, made in W.A.(MD)No.756 of 2021. 2.We had allowed the Writ Appeal primarily on the ground that the Government Servant cannot rely upon the orders passed by this Court in similar matters, wherein the delay in sending the candidate for Bhavanisagar Training cannot be put against the candidate. However, in the present case, the petitioner herein was not appointed through TNPSC. But he was recruited under the compassionate ground. Therefore, there was a delay in regularising the service by the Government. Only after regularisation of service, the Government Servant could be sent for Bhavanisagar Training. In such circumstances, the petitioner cannot equate himself with other candidates, who were recruited through TNPSC. The grounds raised in the review application are not acceptable.
